Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My attorney told me my case was easy but then it has almost been 2 years since my injury. I still havn't had the right treatment because my employer work comp insurance company has been denying my claim all along. My attorney just tells me hang in there. Canceled a court hearing twice. Now just still waiting without any solution. Does Worker's comp case this long? I started to think maybe this attorney don't have the power to win this case because it's just taking too long.

Workers comp is a difficult area of law, and it is very typical that a case stays open for two years, and beyond. It is also typical that a case is denied in part, or in whole. I suggest that you meet with your lawyer and have him/her explain the process with you in order to give you a broader understanding of the work comp (broken) machinery.
