Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Back/neck injury

Been on w/c for 6 yrs now, went to court today and they offerred 40, plus future medical, I denied that and took 47 w/o medical -already used 24 in advancements, I don't feel like I did the right thing, my attorney isnt much help either, can I change my mind and go to trial-will i get more money out of trials? I have 3 disc protrusions C5/L-4/L-5 and lumbar sprain, was an emt and hurt myself lifting a patient

if you signed a settlement with the approval of your attorney, you may have a difficult time having the settlement set aside. Labor Code does provide that the court retains jurisdiction to review its orders and awards within five years from the date of injury, thus you can request a hearing.
