compromise and release

hello i settled back in like 2000 on a left knee injury a minicus tear after i settled i understand that i released all payments and medical care. i have since injured my same knee at a different employer and now im not sure what if any i can do

You can file for a new case against your current employer, but keep in mind that you have a major apportionement problem meaning that your injury will be divided between an old injury and a new injury and may be less that 50% of your injury will be contributed from the old injury.
