Re: Future med

The future medicals are generally discussed in the QME report and you need estimates of what future care really cost. However, from my experience, I recommend AME (Agreed Medical Examiner) or another QME other than the doctors that are repeatedly used by the insurance companies. I highly recommend that you consult with a worker's compensation attorney. There are a lot of factors that may change a rating. One is whether all body parts where properly examined and rated. Another important factor is to use an impartial evaluator. Call us at 213.388.7070 for free consultation.

Who's QME? Your QME or the defense QME? Your question does not present enough information to give you a concise answer. Please feel free to contact my office for a free consultation at 818.385.0520.
