Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

i have future medical already. the judge told me i do not have to setal. i do not have a attorney. i do not have deep pockets like the company

There is no question here... but the judge is correct. No injured worker ever is forced to settle.

But most do...and that is because they get more and better medical treatment with their settlement dollars than with trying to use the horrendous system for treatment now in place by ignorant state senators and assemblymen taking campaign dollars from insurers.
