Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I was injured on the job and have a pending workman's comp case. My workman's comp lawyer wants to settle on the first offer made by the insurance company. He feels going to trial wouldn't make a substantial difference.
What's your opinion?

How do you expect us to second guess your attorney when we know nothing about the facts? However, once the parties agree to what the work limitations are, the case is largely over with.
