Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I turned in family members to the D.A. for felony's they committed, and family members started showing up at my work. I immediately quit the job, as my safety and that of my co-workers was in jeopardy. Is this covered by w.c.?

No. Only actual physical or psychological injuries are covered, not antlicipated ones. If yor situation was covered, then policemen and others working dangerous jobs could work one day and then go off work on the basis they were correctly afraid someone might try to hurt them. Tell the DA as that seems like witness intimidation which is an additional felony charge. Perhaps yu also qualify for some type of witness protection program.
