Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My Mom was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, and the doctor asked if she worked with chemicals?

And she actually did, she worked for the city of Torrance, CA. doing janitorial and what can I do about this?

There must be a relationship with the chemicals that she was exposed to and her diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis.
