Re: Workers Comp

It would be best to change your treating doctor. However, there are steps that must be taken before you do or the reports from your new doctor may not be substantial evidence. Additionally, the insurance company could, and will probably deny any further treatment by the new PTP.

It is unfortunate that you are now seeking legal advice at this stage in the game, rather than sooner. The good news is that a good workers' comp attorney can help turn your case around and get you back on track. If you would like a free consultation, please call me at 1.877.505.INJURY.
