Legal Question in Consumer Law in Colorado
Possible Breach of Contract
I purchased an electronic device (amplifier) from a company in Colorado which advertised that the amplifier uses a specific brand name component manufactured in the USA (electron tube). However, without my consent or knowledge the tube was subsituted for a foreign made equivalent that is IMO of lesser quality and value. Cost comparison of tubes is roughly $600 foreign vs. $1200 U.S. I've tried to negotiating with the company to either provided the U.S. tube or provide a free second tube but they have now stopped responding to my emails. Cost wise, is this even worth pursuing into Court?

You will likely need to sue this company in the appropriate Colorado small claims court.
