Anyone care to bite?

i HAVE A VERY GOOD CASE AGAINST AN AUTOMOTIVE SHOP--BECAUSE i AM IN THE RIGHT--THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MESSED UP--i HAVE DOCUMENTION--WITNESSESS(WHO BY THE WAY ARE WILLING TO TESTIFY IN COURT FOR ME) AND PROOF THAT THIS SHOP FORGOT TO PUT THE RADIATOR AND COOLANT CAP BACK ON MY HIGH PERFORMANCE CAR AND IT BURNT UP THE ENGINE WHICH COST ME OVER 8,500 DOLLARS TO REPAIR AND ALSO CAUSED ME PHYSICAL AND MENTAL PAIN AND TOWING AND RENTAL FEW COSTS-iVE DONE NEARLY ALL THE PAPER WORK --i JUST NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME THREW THIS LAST PART--i NEED SOMEONE WITH LAW KNOWLEDGE WHO WOULD BE WILLING TO REPRESENT ME IN COURT AND DO IT ON A CONSENGENCY--

You mentioned the question relates to "CO Law." I don't know what the law is in Colorado, but in California you would be entitled to sue for the damage to your auto. But you will not get an attorney to take the case on a contingency fee. If I were you I would sue in Small Claims Court for $5000 and forego the possibility that you would recover the remaining $3500, since you might have to pay that to an attorney to sue in Superior Court where the procedures are not as simple. You won't get damages for emotional distress, and you probably won't get any attorney fees back. Read a book on small claims court such as those published by nolo.com, many California libraries and courthouse law libraries have copies. Fix your "CAPS LOCK" key, it is stuck.
