how do i go about getting things off my record?

The law in CO allows you to seal your criminal record on adult cases in which you were acquitted at trial (found not guilty) or cases which were dismissed (including some deferreds), or cases in which charges were never filed.
If a juvie at the time, you can expunge some convictions.
