What are the general sentences for 2 failure to appear, incomplete community service, and unpaied court fines?

Is the defendant on probation or was there a sentence suspended upon compliance? OR: The Failures to appear, failure to complete UPS and failure to pay may be violations of conditions of probation. They are not actual charges, but conditions to be complied with. You may be looking at jail and/or prison. If handled properly, jail can be avoided or shortened. Get Counsel. Also, a warrant for the arrest of the defendant has likely been issued. Get that warrant queshed.
