If i have a warrant for failure to comply on a misdemeanor will this warrant expire after 7 years?

Typically, each county has its own procedures when warrants drop off their computor. There is no set time, and sometimes a DA will ask that the warrant stay active after a long period of time. I would advise you to turn yourself in, post bond and take care of the matter. Good luck.
