Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My fiance was arrested for domestic violence on 1/20/2012 in colorado it was against me shes 38 weeks pregnant she pled not guilty i dont want to press any charges is it possible for the charges to be droped ? if so how do I go about doing so? She needs to be home resting and being taken care of and preparing for the birth of our daughter please help if you can.

The decision whether or not to proceed with a charge rests in the hands of the DA at this point. You need to spead with them. You can also have input into her bond amount.
