How do we get a motion of reconsideration to the court without a lawyer.

go to the Colorado judiciary website. Then look for the self help link, then go to criminal. There should be a rule 35(b),motion to reconsider, form in this section. If you need help filling out this form or any additional information, you should consult with an attorney.
