Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
possession of marijuana
I just recieved a ticket for possession of marijuana, less than an ounce. It is my third offense, however none of my offenses were felonies and all were locked on my record. Can i just pay a fine to get this over with or do i actually have to go to court and that stuff? what can happen to me?

Re: possession of marijuana
If they let you pay bail, and not have to appear, then you can pay it and the case should be over - for now.
