If I have a failure to comply warrant for a misdemeanor will his warrant expire after 7 years?

No. Maybe sooner. Maybe later. Maybe never. Wherever "7 years" comes from, it does not apply. Waiting will not make the warrant go away. The best way to quash it is head on... not by running away and hoping you never get pulled over by police.

No. I think you may be referring to the thing with the mirror, and that's bad luck, not good. As long as the warrant's out there, and you are just hoping never to run into a cop with a radio, you're on the hook.
