Re: arrest warrants

Options? Go back to court in person, or with an attorney, to turn yourself in and then deal with / negotiate a resolution of the problems. You may be able to have an attorney appear for you, without your personal appearance. Call a CO attorney to find out.

Go back voluntarily to court in person, or with an attorney, to turn yourself in and then deal with / negotiate a resolution of the problems. You may be able to have an attorney appear for you, without your personal appearance. Call a CO attorney to find out.

Ignore the problem and get arrested on the warrant the first time you come in contact with law enforcement. The court won't be at all happy with you this way.

Re: arrest warrants

typically, these arrest warrants only last for a few years - a call to the court clerk can determine if it is still active. if not active, then you may still need to pay an OJW fee, then you are free and clear. if it is still active, then you could turn yourself in and bond out and set a court date to deal with it.
