Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I got a driving under revocation in 2006 and a dwai, but I got only the five days for the DUR. I then got a second DUI in 2010. I had my license revoked and got pulled over for another DUR. The first was not included as a drinking offense but this one will be. What will my consequences be?

It really will depend on the facts of your case, which county you are in, and how close to being eligible to reinstate you are. If convicted, you can get between 30 days (mandatory minimum), up to a year of jail, as well as at least another consequtive year's revocation of your license.
