Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I recieved a dui nine years ago in wisconsin, I now live in broomfield, co. I lost my wallet with mi drivers liscense in and went to replace it. they said that I couldn't get a new one until I take an alcohol awareness class. I already did everything that was required of me at the time of the incident. what should I do?

I will need more specific information in order to answer this question. Colorado Law requires Level II education for people who have had multiple DUIs. Alternately, there could be a hold on your license from Wisconsin for a number of reasons. You may be able to satify the problem by sending in a form supplied by DMV. Give me a call at 303.806.5104.
