probation
if i have never been charged with a drug related crime, but have gotten an alcohol related charge, can they make my take UAs for drugs? or shouldnt they just make me take random breathalizers?

Re: probation
The probation officer has discretion to require UAs, BAs or both depending on your substance abuse evaluation. If you disagree with the requirements set by the PO you are entitled to go before the judge to seek relief.
