Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

Father leaving the state.

I am divorced and have a 8yr old that lives with my ex. If I move out of state, will I have to pay all travel expenses when I want visitation with her?(ie. Plane tickets)

You can ask the court to put travel expenses into the child support calculation as an extraordinary expense, or you can negotiate an agreement with your ex-spouse. Or you can send her a bill and see what she does. If she ignores it, you'll probably need to try one of the other strategies.
