Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
What should I do?
I came here 6 months ago with a K1 visa, and the things between us didn't work, so we didn't get married. I didn't go home, and no way to do this because I like it here. I have a boyfriend that I'm going to marry him, and have a baby as soon as posible. In the same time I was thinking to give up to my citizenship. What should I do to get my papers, but without going home?
