Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
I am a British citizen, was married to a U.S. citizen for 14 years. I have legal resident status and have been divorced for 2 years. Do I need to apply for citizenship or can I keep current status?

If a person is eligible for naturalization they MAY apply, however, they are not required to. It's up to you to decide based on your situation and circumstances.
