Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

What if the Dr's office don't want to give a copy of the phsical exam after they did the exam? Even as I told them I wanted it to take to the interview? We were told it is agaist the law to get a copy do to we might do fraud with it? I would beleive it hard to falseiey the papers for someone else do to everybody is different? As I think they shouldn't have put copy's of a past physical exam from a different office in our immagration packet and sealed it! exspcialy if they wouldn't give us a copy from there office. And the only reason we got a copy from 2002 physical exam from another office is because in 2002 we tried to file papers back then, and the lady that was filling them out never sent anithing in do to she told us to wait for the reform. Now I don't konw if it was crrect for them to have sealed the copy of 2002 in this years packet? The reason we know they sealed a copy of the 2002 exam is cuz they sowed my husband the papers before they sealed it and he didn't know if that is ok or not? Sorry for the inconviniance but I just want to make sure every thing goes correct because I don't want to send or do anything that will mess this up? Thank you

A medical exam has to be done within a year of the date when you submit your application for adjustment of status. If exam was done in 2002, it's too old now, and you'll need to do a new medical and pay new fees. Exam done in 2002 will be rejected by the USCIS.

It's advisable to consult with an attorney, not a notario. Only a licensed immigration lawyer can properly advise you on matters of immigration law. For example, what had changed since 2002, why didn't you file the application then and filing it 8 years later in 2010? Are you sure that you are eligible for adjustment?
