Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

i have a friend who was a k1 holder but already out of status now. She didn't get married within 90 days bec their relationship didnt work.Right now she met her new boyfriend and they love each other.they want to get married but i know she cant adjust status bec she came here as k1. could it be fixed or can she become legal here in USA?i wanna help my friend ...what shall she do?

She needs legal advice and time is of the essence. She is accumulating unlawful presence and must depart the U.S. before regularizing her status - in all likelihood. Without further information this cannot be known 100% for sure. The consequences of ignoring this issue could end up severely damaging her life, however if taken care of correctly and timely, she should be able to do as she wishes in life.

You are correct, she is not eligible for adjustment of status. She should consult an attorney before deciding what to do next. She might be still eligible for consular processing if she didn't accrue unlawful presence which could make her inadmissible.
