You need to consult a lawyer instead of trusting everything that your married boyfriend and his wife tell you.

I don't know why you were called to the court and if you are required to go. This is one more reason for you to consult an attorney (your own attorney, not the lawyer of your boyfriend or his wife) before you decide what to do.

On the other note, if this is a divorce hearing, typically, people are not being arrested and placed for deportation during a civil divorce hearing. It's possible, of course, if she had arranged for the ICE agents to pick you up.

If you are married to a USA citizen, you can apply for a Green Card through adjustment of status. Until then, you are in illegal status and can be deported (removed) back to your home country.
