Was your mother a USA citizen at the time of your birth? Was your mother born and raised in USA? Who was your father? How did your mother brought you to USA after you were born in Mexico? etc etc.
You didn't really provide enough information in order to tell whether you are a US citizen, or what is your status in USA.
There one clear option: marriage to you (a USA citizen), and then applying for his adjustment of status (Green Card). He can become a citizen only after being a permanent resident for a certain number of years.
