Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

My question is, I have been i the U.S. for almost for 4 years and i have green card with me, and I'm from Kurdistan north Iraq. it's able for me to bring my mother from Kurdistan to u.s. with my green card, or I have to complete the 5 years than I can bring her.
