If you are on a Visa Waiver, you are not eligible to apply for extension.

What do you mean: you are pregnant? Are you married to a US citizen, or plan to marry a US citizen? What is exactly your situation?

Pregnancy by itself doesn't give one right to stay in USA after expiration of one's status. Giving birth in the USA, will not afford you any special rights or privileges.
