I am 17, i live in colorado. and I am on probation for harassment. Ive been on it for a year. I had court today, and I was suppose to go to jail because my mom wont let me live with her and there are no other options for me. But i didn't go, so now i have a failure to appear warrant. will that expire when i turn 18? or will it ever expire?

No. Failure to Appear have a life of 10 years or untill you are arrested which ever is earlier. It can be renewed for another 10 years. Surrender yourself to avoid further complications. If you have no home you will be placed in a foster home or a group home.
