Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado
Can an employer ask for you to sign over release of your picture and or likeness without restrictions and then force you to sign the release or be fired. i'm in colorado if that matters? it also states all persons and companies acting on their authority permission to copyright,use/re-use/ or re-publish any and all photos of me without restriction.

Yes, they can. Unless you have a contract they can fire you for any reason or no reason that is not based on illegal discrimination.
