Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado

State of Colorado. A past employer overpaid me by direct deposit; I have since quit and moved on. They found their error and are demanding money back. What are my rights? Options?

You will have to pay this money back as you have no right to money you didn't earn. You can try to workout some reasonable payment arrangement but they may or may not agree.
