Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

Executrix not Performing

During Mother's last days, I was her court appointed conservator and guardian. Her only asset was her home, which I took out an equity loan against in order to care for her. Since my mother had only Social Security income, I had to co-sign to obtain the equity loan. When she passed away, my sister, and only sibling, became executix as per the will, and was to sell the home. The will provides that we receive equal portions of the estate. My sister immediately took possession of the home, converted it to her own use, and is not selling it. The estate has no income or liquid assets, and the monthly equity loan payments must be made. My credit is at stake regarding the loan payments. What are my options?
