The original will is lost, what do we do now?

Enter by stipulation

There is a presumption that if the original copy of a will cannot be

found, it has been revoked. A copy might be acceptable after a hearing. Or, if the heirs and beneficiaries can all agree, a stipulation can be filed with the court to accept a

copy of the will in leu of the original without a hearing
