Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Colorado

following wills directions

Dad stated that a sibling may purchase family house after two apprasials.Siblings got 5 more apprasials untill they got the value up to where they wanted. claim that dad would want the best for them and he did not mean what he stated in the will. Also claim influnence was used on the apprasiers to obtain a lower value. no proof at all of this. how can I force them to follow his directins.

You should pursue the following steps:

1. Hire a Colorado attorney who is experienced in estate matters to assist you.

2. File immediately a demand for Notice in the estate administration proceeding for the estate.

3. Provide your attorney with the name, address and telephone number of the attorney who filed the pleadings to open the estate. Also provide that attorney with copies of all pleadings in the case along with the Will.

4. Don't delay in taking these actions as delay could bar your rights to remedies and preclude you from protecting your rights and the estate.
