Enter by stipulation
There is a presumption that if the original copy of a will cannot be
found, it has been revoked. A copy might be acceptable after a hearing. Or, if the heirs and beneficiaries can all agree, a stipulation can be filed with the court to accept a
copy of the will in leu of the original without a hearing
