Legal Question in Workers Comp in Colorado

No fault insurance

I received 2 degree burns on my arm and was told that because the company had "no fault" insurance I could not file a claim against them. Just because a company has no fault insurance, does that relieve them from their responsibilities and negligence?

Re: No fault insurance

No fault insurance has nothing to do with your rights to Workers' Compensation benefits. If you have a burn resulting from a work related accident you are entitled to Workers' Comp benefits. You should contact a lawyer in your area to have him/her obtain your benefits for you.
