Legal Question in Business Law in Connecticut
Monopoly?
I am under contract to purchase all my goods from one vendor. By far i purchase the most volume from this vendor but it is a breach of contract if i purchase anywhere else. I have shopped around and can get these products cheaper elsewhere and worse yet the vendor I deal with sells them significantly cheaper to lower volume customers not under contract consistantly, even provided price lists for future sales. Is that illegal? shouldn't I be entitled to the lower price? I asked and was told that my prices are set and conviently cannot shop his price because i am under contract
