Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Connecticut

License Valid

My license was valid at the time of my arrest and is still valid the officer consfiscated it and sent it to Department of Motor Vehicle and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Is there any way I can fight the way they treated the arrest? So many other aspects of the arrest were not right as well.
