Legal Question in Technology Law in Connecticut
website advertises a price , changes after you buy for that price
If a website advertises a product for a certain price which you buy it at, can they change it afterwards saying it was a mistake in the price ?

Yes, the price is suggested. Technically, you are making an "offer" to buy at the price they listed. They can always reject that price. I know that is counterintuitive, but that is fundamental contract law.

No, but they can cancel the transaction and refund any money you have already paid. If you haven't paid them yet then there's no problem; if you have you can tell them you don't want to make the purchase at the higher price and demand a refund.
