Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
Finished with probation
Hello, I have finished my accelerated rehabilitation. I was to be in probation for 2 years, complete 100 hrs of community service, which i have. My question is, will my charges be completely erased from my records? I'm looking to get my pistol permit, so i don't know if this will jeopardized my chances of receiving one. I currently live in CT.

Re: Finished with probation
The charges will be dismissed if you complete the program. Therefore, you have not been found guilty of the crime. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
