Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

Neighbor

we live in Connecticut. Long story short..Neighbor from hell acroos the street has nine yes 9 audio and video cameras(maybe more!) at the edge of her property directed into our children's bedrooms,our garage, our second floor window's of our home and our complete front yard! Tjis is totally illegal! She tape everything we say outisde and has also audio and videod conversations and us in our home! Reason we know this is becaus eshe calls the police and shows lets them see and LISTEN to the tapes trying to get me arrested for ,cutting our lawn with no shirt on! Idleling my legal motorcycle, my son bouncing the basketbakl, no arrests!The plouice will not arrest her either! She is invading our privacy, harrssing us, eavesdropping,voyerism and other laws ! I have an attorney,but of course he is very busy and does not want to be bothered with this crap! Help! Any suggestions?

With the facts you have given, I think you have several causes of action including, negligence and possibly trespassing. Of course this is subject to further facts.
