Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

a GAL assigned still after divorce final.an overzealous DCF agent made finding against me their findings do not recommend taking child from me and that I do not pose a risk.She has still petitioned hearing ,verdict now removal of my custody of child.In that hearing a detectives report was NOT entered finding me innocent of any wrong doing.If preseted to her would she overturn verdict as sons representative for best interest or still fight me and I would have to advocate for my son.DCF findings on appeal she knew, still she brought me forward on citation.
