denial of i601
I came to the us with my uncles passport, i file for i485 and i601 but was denial,i appeal base on extreme hardship to us citizen wife and children but still denied.i do have a wonderful family, but this is giving us a nightmare, please help

When did you enter the U.S.? I presume your wife petitioned for you, yes? How many years have you been in the U.S. If more than 10 years, it is possible to obtain cancellation of removal BUT ONLY BEFORE AN IMMIGRATION JUDGE. Did you apply for adjustment of status before the Immigration Service or before an Immigration Judge? Need more details. I can understand the nightmare, but if you are able to provide the information I need to assess your situation, I can pretty much tell you whether you have a chance to remain in the U.S. with your family.
