My husband has an employment based green card application submitted. Can I work during the Greencard application process (being that I was H4 before and couldnt work)?

You can work only if your personal I-485 application was submitted and your personal application I-765 was approved (work permit). It depends on what stage in the green card process your husband and you are at the moment.
