married in egypt
I am an american citizen who went to egypt and married but not legally. only in our religion. he will come here on a visitor's visa. we will marry legally in usa when he comes. will he be allowed to stay in usa with me? how do I apply for him to stay here?

You can petition him and most likely he will be allowed to stay with you. But your situation will be complicated by his visitor's visa. Have you considered a fiance visa? Feel free to contact me to discuss further.
