Legal Question in Immigration Law in Connecticut

Hello, my wife is illegal. we have 2 daughters, both born in US. My question is am I consider as a single father even though we got marry in city hall???

If you are married to your wife -- you are married, not a single father. Your wife immigrant status doesn't affect your marital status as a married man.
