I would like to know if an employer or Supervisor is allowed to ask an employee if they are seeing a Psycharist or Therpist.

It depends on the reason your supervisor is asking you the question. If it is related to your work performance the supervisor may be entitled to ask the question. However if your work performance is fine and they may be seeking to discriminate there might be grounds for a claim.
